Publications
The Gastrointestinal Society provides general information about digestive diseases and disorders but cannot provide answers to specific medical questions, give personal medical advice, or offer consultation. We advise seeking a physician or other medical professional whenever a health problem arises that requires specific care.
Our patient information pamphlets are provided free of charge to patients, healthcare professionals, and other interested parties as part of the GI Society’s education program. Funding for these publications is provided by individual donations, corporate educational grants, and other provincial and federal funding initiatives.
A subscription to the Inside Tract® newsletter is available for the low annual cost of $20 ($30 outside Canada).
