Biologic/Biosimilar Forum

Crohn’s Disease & Ulcerative Colitis

You’re invited to attend this free educational forum presented by the Gastrointestinal Society, with funding from The Canadian Society of Intestinal Research. This is in response to the BC Ministry of Health’s announcement on September 5, 2019 to switch patients from infliximab (Remicade®) to a biosimilar infliximab (Inflectra® or Renflexis®) to continue to be covered under BC PharmaCare, with some exceptions. We welcome individuals with inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis) and their support circles, as well as healthcare professionals, to come and share your voice on this matter.
