Obesity Patient Survey
Are you 18 years of age or older and living with obesity? Managing associated weight-related issues is challenging. Take this survey to let us know your opinions and outlook on living with and managing this common, chronic disease.
The Gastrointestinal Society and the Canadian Society of Intestinal Research represent patients on a variety of healthcare fronts, including health policy. We will use this information anonymously and in aggregate to shape future programming and to inform community members, healthcare professionals, and health policy decision-makers. We will also use it to prepare patient submissions to the Common Drug Review, the Canadian body that reviews drugs and makes recommendations as to whether our provincial, territorial, and federal public drug plans should pay for a specific drug.
