IBD Patient Journey Survey
Are you living with an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)? Take this survey to let us know your opinions and outlook on living with and managing this chronic disease.
This survey is open to Canadians who have received a diagnosis for IBD (Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, ulcerative proctitis, microscopic colitis, and indeterminate IBD). It is also open to parents/caregivers of a person who has a diagnosis for IBD.
All completed entries will be entered into a draw for one of three $100 Amazon gift cards.
The Gastrointestinal Society, along with the Canadian Society of Intestinal Research, represents Canadian patients on a variety of healthcare fronts. We will use this information anonymously and in aggregate to shape future programming and to inform community members, healthcare professionals, and health policy decision-makers.
